Forensics:
For this project we had to be put in a groups of 5-6. In these groups we had to study about a specific portion of forensics. My group had to study ballistics and how it is used in forensics. For this project I contributed to my group by doing all the work we needed to do for the project. What I had to do for this project was to make a prezi with the entire group. I was assigned 3 slides to make for the prezi. You can check out the prezi here.
Case Memo's:
For this part of our project we were given case memo's from lawyers. For my case memo, it was not too easy or hard. I say this because our client did not give us a lot information to go off and try to exonerate this person. The case did become difficult because we were given testimonies and within those, they contradicted each other. In the end we had figured them out and proceed with the case. In our project with decided what to do about the case was an easy decision because of the lack of evidence given to us. As the participation part of the project Chris Carbone and I had to lead the group, we did most of the work with the case but we did try to evenly distribute the work load.
Exhibition:
For our exhibition we had showed a lawyer our case and what we would like for them to do with it. For our present I think I would give it a 4 because our presentation was really straight forward. In the presentation we had told our lawyer a detailed explanation about our client and our decision weather or not to exonerate this person. I would rate my participation as 4 on this project because I was always trying to figure out the case and I also contributed to the presentation because I had to revise it multiple times. The last thing that participated in was creating and completing the A.O.B. for the case. I think a high point about this process was figuring out the case it was a lot work and in a sense it paid off by giving us a clear decision. A low point in the project for me was trying to figure out the testimonies because they were really complex.
